Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it is shipped

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship across India
  • International shipping is available to select countries — contact us at wishbeesstore@gmail.com for availability

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Destination Estimated Delivery
Metro cities 4–7 business days
Tier 2/3 cities 6–10 business days
Remote areas 8–14 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your order using the link provided or through the courier's website
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on select orders and locations
  • A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order

7. FAILED DELIVERIES

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, the courier will attempt redelivery
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for returned orders due to customer unavailability or wrong address

8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at wishbeesstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy

9. DELAYS

  • WishBees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside our control
  • During peak seasons (festivals, sales), delivery may take longer than usual
