Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it is shipped
2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- We currently ship across India
- International shipping is available to select countries — contact us at wishbeesstore@gmail.com for availability
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your order using the link provided or through the courier's website
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch
6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available on select orders and locations
- A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
7. FAILED DELIVERIES
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, the courier will attempt redelivery
- After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned orders due to customer unavailability or wrong address
8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at wishbeesstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
9. DELAYS
- WishBees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside our control
- During peak seasons (festivals, sales), delivery may take longer than usual
